I absolutely agree with you. If he simply calculated the performance wrong, we would help him any way we could and give him the benefit of the doubt. We love our customers and would do anything to help them.

Unfortunately, that wasn’t the only thing he lied about. There were 3 or 4 other lies even in his short post that made it clear he only posted with bad intention. We don’t appreciate this intentional pursuit to hurt our business, so we decided to address it.

This is one of the first times we have had to address these sorts of issues, so we are still doing everything we can to improve our user relations.
