Long term depreciation is never good. We hope to add enough insight into the data on Shrimpy to be able to help our users understand if this is potentially happening. Quick crashes are far more difficult to predict. This is where I believe the human element is necessary for portfolio management. For example, if you read news that Bitconnect was a scam and you saw it was starting to fall, you should reallocate your portfolio. With such large swings in the market, it’s sometimes difficult to tell why a coin is losing value quickly by only looking at charts. However, we will continue to find ways to provide more information to Shrimpy users.
